Our Munster Fitness Bootcamps training sessions are all held outdoors because we studies have shown that being in touch with nature is good for the mind and body. Our programs focuses on strength and conditioning training.

Some of the exercises integrated into our training regime includes:

  • Cardio Interval Training

  • Pilates/Yoga

  • Speed Agility Quickness (SAQ)

  • Plyometrics Exercises

These workout techniques have been proven to significantly decrease body fats and increase muscle toning. If you are worried that our workouts might be too intense for you, Don’t! Our programs have different levels that are designed to suit people of all fitness levels.  No one will be forced to complete what they could not do safely.

Training sessions will run over a course of 12 weeks for set programs, after which, Bootcampers will be given a week off to rest and recover from all the strenuous exercise.

Thereafter, training sessions will resume and you will get back together with your fellow Bootcampers to resume the journey to attain excellent fitness and weight loss.

What You Can Expect

Expect yourself to look great and feel even better! Our exercises are meticulously designed to build strength throughout your body and  burn body fat resulting in the increase of self-esteem and confidence levels.

With our help and your handwork, you could reduce body fat by up to 5% decreasing up to 3 inches of the mid-section. Also, you will experience an improvement in body posture, endurance and strength levels!

Munster Fitness Bootcamp Levels

It is important to know your physical fitness level and exercise at an appropriate pace to avoid injuries or over-exhaustion.

We have formulated our bootcamp regime into 2 levels for that reason.

Level 1 is catered for anyone who is a beginner and are trying to get back into shape while Level 2 is suitable for those who have completed Level 1 or for clients who are confident in bring their physical fitness to new heights!
