Our Bootcamp Workouts


Our Munster Fitness Bootcamps training sessions are all held outdoors because we believe that being in touch with nature is good for the soul. Our programs focuses on strength and conditioning training.

Some of the exercises integrated into our training regime includes:

  • Cardio Interval Training

  • Pilates/Yoga

  • Speed Agility Quickness (SAQ)

  • Plyometrics Exercises

These workout techniques have been proven to significantly decrease body fats and increase muscle toning. If you are worried that our workouts might be too intense for you, Don’t! Our programs have different levels that are designed to suit people of all fitness levels.  No one will be forced to complete what they could not do safely.
